Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us within 3 days if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it.

 

Exchanges
The quickest option to ensure you get your desired refund is to return the item you have upon approval and make a second purchase for the replacement item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return request, will let you know whether or not your refund was granted. If approved, your refund will instantly reflect on your original payment method platform. Please be reminded that it can take a moment for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

 

Lost/Stolen Package After Delivery

Please note that we have no responsibility for the shipment that has already been delivered to the recipient's address. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment for any products that have been lost or stolen after delivery.
