Referral commissions are issued as store credits and will appear in your Wallet 14 days after the eligible order is completed. Orders that are canceled or refunded are not eligible for commissions.

Once you've unlocked an available reward, simply claim it from your Membership dashboard. Eligible rewards can then be applied during checkout according to the reward's terms.

Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are issued. You can view your available balance, transaction history, and expiration dates anytime in your Wallet.

Canceled or returned orders are not eligible for referral commissions or milestone progress. Any associated store credits, rewards, or milestone progress may be adjusted accordingly.

There are several reasons why a referral commission may not have been issued:
- The order is still within the 14-day pending period.
- The referred order was canceled or refunded.
- The purchase did not qualify under the Membership Program Terms & Conditions.
