As a member, you'll earn 10% commission in store credits on every eligible purchase made through your referral link, including purchases from both first-time and returning customers.

- New customers receive 10% off their first purchase, and you'll earn 10% commission in store credits on their eligible purchases.
- Returning customers are not eligible for the 10% referral discount, but you'll still earn 10% commission in store credits on their eligible purchases made through your referral link.

No. Self-referrals are not eligible for referral rewards or commissions.

No! You can refer as many friends as you'd like. There is no limit to the number of referrals or commissions you can earn on eligible purchases made through your referral link.

Referral commissions are issued as store credits and will appear in your Wallet 14 days after the eligible order is completed. Orders that are canceled or refunded are not eligible for commissions.

Log in to your Membership account and visit your Membership dashboard. Your personal referral link will be displayed there, ready to copy and share with friends.
If you'd like to update your referral link, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll be happy to assist if your request is eligible.

Every eligible purchase you make brings you closer to your next milestone. As you reach each milestone, you'll unlock exclusive rewards such as store credits, special offers, free gifts, and other member-only perks. You can track your milestone progress anytime from your Membership dashboard.

Once you've unlocked an available reward, simply claim it from your Membership dashboard. Eligible rewards can then be applied during checkout according to the reward's terms.
Please note that milestone rewards are unlocked 14 days after your qualifying order is processed, not after it has been delivered. This 14-day period serves as a hold period before the reward becomes available to claim.

Store credits are automatically added to your Wallet and can be applied toward eligible purchases during checkout.
Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are issued. You can view your available balance, transaction history, and expiration dates anytime in your Wallet.

No. Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that earned them.

Yes! Store credits can be combined with a promo code unless otherwise stated.

Canceled or returned orders are not eligible for referral commissions or milestone progress. Any associated store credits, rewards, or milestone progress may be adjusted accordingly.

There are several reasons why your referral or affiliate reward may not have been issued yet:
- Your order is still within the 14-day hold period. Both the Membership Program and Affiliate Program have a 14-day hold period before rewards are credited. This gives us time to process any order cancellations, returns, or refunds.
- The order was canceled or refunded during the hold period.
- The purchase did not qualify under the Membership Program or Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
Once the 14-day hold period has ended and the order remains eligible, your reward will be automatically credited to your account.
