You can use your rewards points for purchases on shop orders. In the near future, you will be able to purchase selected products at a discounted price with your points.

There is no limit. 

Points are valid for 12 months after the purchase date.

Your current tier of the ohora rewards program is calculated based on activity from the calendar year. Your tier will be recalculated every January 1st. Points earned prior to the preceding calendar year are not calculated into your level-determining balance. If you go down a level, you will still retain any previously earned points.

To earn rewards points for following ohora on social media, you MUST follow us by clicking "Like on Facebook," and/or "Follow on Instagram" on the Rewards popup on ohora.com (Click the Rewards icon at the bottom left on the website).

Based on your tier, you’ll receive an email about how to receive your gift once your birthday approaches.

The ohora USA team prepares a special gift for VIP members at the end of the year to express our gratitude. If you are a VIP member, you’ll receive an email regarding the gift in early December every year. 

Unfortunately, rewards coupons and a promotion code can not be used at the same time.

Points associated with the order will be deducted from your points.

It depends on the action you take. Here is detailed information on when you will earn points by action:
1. Points by shopping- You will earn points when your order status is paid. Earned points will be deducted if you cancel the order.
2. Points by following ohora social media: We automatically award points to customers when they follow us by clicking “Follow on Instagram,” and/or “Like on Facebook” within the Rewards popup. To open the Rewards popup, click on the Rewards icon at the bottom left on ohora.com.
3. Points by writing reviews: You will earn points as soon as your post is up.
4. Birthday points: The points will be rewarded once a year on your birthday. ****To discourage customers from entering false birth date to hoax the system for points, a customer will not get rewarded points for their birthday this year if they enter a date that is in the next 30 days. If your actual birthday is within 30 days, please contact to help_us@ohora.com. We will manually give you the points.
