I personally love a more natural and clean nail. And these hold up well for at least one week. I feel that my nails look and are healthier under this product. The colors, while pretty, are natural and somewhat neutral, with just a hint of color depending on which one you use. The transparent ones give you a nice 'fruit' or 'jelly' nail look. I tend to put a thin coat on every other day during that week to help maintain it and seal the edges.
