During Covid, OHORA gel strips completely replaced professional manicures AND press-ons for me, and I’ve been very brand loyal since. I was super excited to try the new press-ons but unfortunately, they need more work. While they look great, the primer/glue replacement is lacking. I followed the directions exactly and kept my hands dry for a few hours after application but within 24 hours a couple nails came loose and popped off. It’s been 4 days since application and I’ve basically had to replace or reattach a nail each day since. The primer was also really thick and stringy the first time I opened the bottle. Another issue is that since you can’t stretch the nail wider, I ended up with some gaps between my natural nail and the press-on.
